Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and , India ("Ticket Panel", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using Ticket Panel, you accept them. If you use Ticket Panel for an organization, you confirm you can accept these terms for it.
The service
Ticket Panel lets organizers issue and sell event tickets, create NFC passes, run parking, take payments, print receipts and check visitors in. Features are described on our features page and may change as we improve the product.
Accounts and staff
- Give accurate details when you register and keep them up to date.
- Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- You choose which staff to invite and which roles they get, and you are responsible for what they do in your account.
- Tell us straight away if you think your account has been misused.
Coins and billing
Usage is billed in Coins at the rates on our pricing page. Coins are deducted when the billed action happens, for example when a ticket is issued.
- Free Coins given at sign-up or in promotions have no cash value.
- Purchased Coins do not expire while your account is active.
- Coins cannot be transferred to another account or exchanged for cash.
- Refunds of purchased Coins follow our refund and cancellation policy.
- Prices include or exclude taxes as shown at checkout.
We may change Coin rates with notice. Changes do not affect Coins already used.
Payments to organizers
Online payments from your customers go through your own payment gateway account, under your agreement with that provider. Ticket Panel does not hold or move your money. For manual payments such as cash, UPI or bank transfer, you review and approve each payment yourself.
Your responsibilities as an organizer
- You are the seller of your tickets, passes and parking. You run your events and are responsible for their pricing, content, safety, permits and any taxes such as GST.
- Refunds, cancellations and complaints from your customers are yours to handle, under your own published policy.
- You must have a lawful basis, including consent where needed, for the personal data you collect from customers, and follow our privacy policy.
Acceptable use
You must not use Ticket Panel to:
- Sell tickets for events that are illegal, fraudulent or that you cannot hold.
- Send spam or messages people did not agree to receive.
- Break the law, infringe the rights of others or upload harmful or offensive content.
- Probe, overload or attack the service, or try to access accounts or data that are not yours.
- Copy, resell or reverse engineer the service without our written permission.
NFC cards and printers
You buy NFC cards, tags, phones and thermal printers from third parties. We do not sell hardware and are not responsible for faults in it, though we will help you get it working with Ticket Panel.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Ticket Panel available and fast, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted, for example during maintenance or events outside our control. We may add, change or remove features. If we remove a feature you rely on, we will try to tell you in advance.
Ownership
Ticket Panel, its software and its brand belong to us. Your event content and data belong to you. You give us permission to use them only to run the service for you.
Ending your account
You can stop using Ticket Panel at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other users at risk, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it. You can ask us to export your data before an account is closed.
Disclaimers and liability
Ticket Panel is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost revenue or lost data.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Coins in the 12 months before the claim.
You agree to cover our losses from claims by third parties arising from your events or your breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at [City] have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
