Long counter queues on festival days
Hand-written receipts and one cash counter slow everything down exactly when the crowd is biggest.
Sell darshan, seva and VIP tickets online and at the counter, check devotees in with a QR scan and give regular visitors NFC passes. Online payments go straight to the trust's own account.

Hand-written receipts and one cash counter slow everything down exactly when the crowd is biggest.
Cash, UPI and online payments are tallied separately, so the day's total only comes together late at night.
Paper tickets are easy to copy or pass back down the queue, and there is no way to tell at the gate.
Tickets, passes, parking and payments share one dashboard, one team and one Coin balance.
Create a ticket type for each darshan, seva or pooja, with its own price and seat limit. Counter and online bookings share the count, so a slot never oversells.
Devotees book from their phone on a page with the temple's name. Payments go to the trust's own payment gateway account.
Issue tickets at the counter and print them on 58mm or 80mm thermal printers with your name and a QR code.
Volunteers scan with any phone. Used and expired tickets are flagged at once, so each ticket works only once.
Monthly or yearly passes on NTAG 424 DNA cards. One tap at the gate checks the pass, and copies are rejected.
Run the temple parking from the same panel, with flat or hourly fares and printed receipts.
No setup fee and nothing to install. This is how most teams start.
Set the price and seat limit for each ticket type.
Issue at the counter, share the booking link, or both.
Volunteers check devotees in from their own phones.

Yes. Counter staff issue tickets for cash or UPI. For payments made outside the system, such as a bank transfer, the devotee uploads proof and an approver confirms it from a queue. Every payment is recorded in the audit trail.
