Forms, payments and lists in different places
A form tool collects the answers, payments arrive somewhere else, and someone matches the two in a spreadsheet the night before.
Build a registration form with the questions you need, cap seats for each session, approve sign-ups in bulk and check people in with a QR scan. Every answer lands in one table you can filter and export.

The hall holds 200, but the form keeps accepting entries, and you end up telling people there is no room.
The same person registers twice from different links, and nobody notices until the list is printed.
Tickets, passes, parking and payments share one dashboard, one team and one Coin balance.
Short answer, paragraph, number, phone, email, date, dropdown, single or multiple choice and checkbox questions. Make any of them required, or start from a ready form.
Show a question only when an earlier answer matches, so a long form stays short for each person.
Cap the event, each ticket type, or both. Online and counter registrations share the count, and the page shows how many seats are left.
Choose when online registration opens and closes, and it happens on its own.
Refuse a second online registration from the same mobile number or email, and see repeats flagged in the registrations table.
Search every answer, filter by status, ticket type or choice, then approve, cancel or message up to 2,000 registrations at once.

Export registrations with every answer for the organizing team, sponsors or certificates.
